Ettecon Ltd is an independent husband-and-wife production company, founded and run by Kevin and Juliette Short from their home in Deal, Kent.
With a genuine passion for the area in which we live,
we believe Kent and the wider South East offer an increasingly exciting environment for film and television production. As more productions discover the region's diverse locations, landscapes and filmmaking opportunities, we are proud to be part of that growing creative community.
Ettecon provides a full music video production service, taking projects from initial concept and storyboarding through to audio/visual scripting, filming, production and editing.
We also work with other production companies, offering practical production support including location sourcing, specialist action vehicles, film and sound equipment, extras and actors, as well as local knowledge and on the ground production assistance.
Kevin and Juliette have written and produced a range of short films, feature films and music videos, including The Road to Hell (dark comedy road movie), In Their Shoes (psychological drama), the award-winning short Charlotte and the Therapist, and the feature film The Miner's Son 
 (A Rock'n'Roll Dream).
Coming soon is our feature-length documentary exploring the history of the Kent Coalfields, from their beginnings through to the closure of the last pits and the lasting legacy they left on the communities of East Kent.
